Program Manager, Senior Living (Therapist or Nurse)

About the role

BAYADA’s Senior Living Solutions provides a full continuum of care to senior living communities. The Senior Living Program Manager will influence and manage solutions for communities and residents across multiple counties in North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized programs and offerings based on outcome‑driven data analytics.
• Collaborate with community leaders to ensure best practices and high‑quality patient care.
• Drive business development and maintain strong relationships with multiple levels of management.
• Analyze key metrics to create tailored solutions for residents and communities.

Required profile

• Current VA licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP (PT background strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated business development and leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills across multiple platforms and levels.
• Experience in senior living settings; home health or outpatient experience is desirable.

Required skills

• Current VA professional licensure (RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Proficiency in outcome‑driven data analytics to inform program design.

• Base salary $90,000‑$95,000 per year, plus quarterly incentive opportunity.
