Program Manager – Program Management Office

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join TikTok’s Program Management Office (PMO). The role will drive critical business projects, coordinate global stakeholders, and support strategic decision‑making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, aligning PMOs and business leaders on goals, plans, and deliverables.
• Define project scope and performance criteria to ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Own end‑to‑end timelines, maintain a master project calendar, manage work‑back schedules, document meetings, and track key artifacts.
• Identify and mitigate blockers, risks, and dependencies before they affect delivery.
• Prioritize workloads, escalate issues to leadership, and ensure timely resolution.
• Build and nurture relationships across the organization, serving as primary contact for internal teams and select external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience in project or program management within fast‑paced organizations.
• Proven ability to lead multiple cross‑functional projects from initiation through delivery.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to align multiple stakeholders toward shared outcomes.
