Program Manager - .NET

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Program Manager with strong .NET expertise to lead technology projects for its Financial Services unit. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, ensuring delivery quality, and driving digital transformation for banking, wealth management and insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively resolve resource gaps to meet delivery dates.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, conducting regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the team in adhering to SDLC processes and aligning deliverables with client specifications.
• Monitor project outputs across all phases to satisfy quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Assist in creating project budgets that reflect scope, strategy and key deliverables.
• Identify scope changes and new client requests, estimate effort, obtain approvals and secure sign‑offs.
