Program Manager – .NET

About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking a Program Manager with strong .NET expertise to lead technology projects for its banking, wealth management and insurance clients. Based in Hoover, AL, you will work within a global team that drives AI‑enabled digital transformation for financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project timelines and proactively address resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating regular status meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the technical team in adhering to SDLC processes and aligning deliverables with client specifications.
• Monitor project outputs across all phases, guaranteeing quality standards and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Assist in creating project budgets that reflect scope, strategy and key deliverables.
• Identify scope changes and new client requests, estimate effort, obtain approvals and secure sign‑offs.
