Program Manager (Large-Scale DoD Contract)

About the role

Amentum, a global leader in advanced engineering and technology solutions, is seeking a Program Manager for a large-scale contract operated near the Riverside metro area. The position is pipelined for a future contract award and is performed in a traditional office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and manage overall Task Order functions.
• Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures for executing the effort.
• Evaluate overall Task Order management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure effective coordination across different functional groups and areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
• Seven years of managing large-scale DoD efforts.
• Experience managing a dispersed workforce and diverse functions in support of large-scale DoD efforts.
• Familiarity with all Task Order functions.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000:2015.
• ITIL v4 Managing Professional or higher certification.
• Active TOP SECRET US Government clearance (US citizenship required to maintain it).

Preferred qualifications

• Advanced degree in information technology or a related field.
• Experience directing and managing contract functions with multiple, complex, interrelated project tasks of similar size and scope.
• Experience with performance-based and award-fee contracts of similar size and scope.
