Program Manager

About the role

Lufco seeks a strategic Program Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary teams delivering critical defense capabilities in AI/ML, cyber, SIGINT and fielded communications. The role is based in Aberdeen, MD and operates in an onsite/hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and direct complex engineering and technical support programs across SIGINT, AI/ML, open‑API integration, cross‑domain systems, enterprise cyber and communications platforms.
• Develop and enforce a Quality Control Plan (QCP), monitor performance against the government’s QASP, and lead corrective actions when needed.
• Serve as primary contractor point of contact for the KO, COR and government program managers, managing schedules, budgets, risk mitigation and deliverable tracking.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive program/project management experience in DoD, C5ISR or intelligence‑spectrum programs.
• Proven experience with Cost‑Plus‑Fixed‑Fee and Firm‑Fixed‑Price contracts and managing Quality Control Plans.
• PMP certification or DAWIA Level III preferred; active TS/SCI clearance required.
