Program Manager

About the role

At Seasats, the Program Manager leads the planning, scheduling, budgeting and customer relationship for both external contracts and internal initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to customer satisfaction. This role works closely with government and military customers and coordinates cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Production, Fleet Operations and Business Development.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of assigned projects, including customer contracts, government/military exercises and internal initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets, tracking hours and expenditures to support invoicing.
• Task and monitor matrixed personnel from multiple functional areas while serving as the single point of contact for the customer.
• Identify project risks, create mitigation plans and ensure alignment between schedule, budget and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience managing government contracts or maritime projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage budgets and schedules with rigor.
• Strong communication skills for handling customer relationships and coordinating internal stakeholders.
