Program Manager, Analyst – Ecommerce Product

About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager with strong analytical abilities to support a global ecommerce product initiative. This fully remote contractor role is embedded within the client’s team and sits at the intersection of program management and strategic analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex, cross‑functional programs across multiple time zones, ensuring stakeholder alignment and deadline adherence.
• Conduct financial modeling, market sizing and data analysis using large, messy datasets to inform business decisions and identify market opportunities.
• Create clear, compelling presentation decks for leadership that translate data insights into actionable strategy.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, or analytical roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information and collaborate across product, business and operations teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation.
