Program Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Program Lead to turn open‑ended research needs into structured programs, manage relationships with frontier labs and robotics teams, and build the supply side of our two‑sided marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Define program scope, standards, timelines and economics, and own the financial outcomes.
• Work directly with labs and robotics teams to translate research problems into deliverable solutions and maintain client confidence.
• Recruit, activate and retain contributors and partner businesses where none exist.
• Identify and remove blockers, whether technical specifications, tooling gaps, or partner incentives.
• Act as product manager for the platform team, using field evidence to shape the roadmap.
• Build leverage through agents, automation and playbooks to reduce cost of subsequent programs.

Required profile

• Early‑stage marketplace operating experience – you have built a flywheel from scratch in a new vertical.
• AI‑native mindset – you automate processes before staffing and prefer systems over headcount.
• Hands‑on operator background – former founders, high‑growth startup hires, consultants or business operations professionals.
• Strong structured problem‑solving under pressure, using first principles to create actionable plans.
• Numerate – able to build models, identify economic break points and argue for changes.

Required skills

• Experience with marketplace dynamics and program management.
• Ability to design and implement automation and agent‑based workflows.
• Proficiency in building economic models and analyzing financial metrics.
