About the role
Coloplast Interventional Urology is seeking a Professional Relations and Emerging Clinician Engagement Manager to lead and manage relationships within the urology and urogynecology health sectors. The role will drive professional relations, advocacy initiatives, and educational programs to advance adoption of Coloplast therapies and cultivate the next generation of clinical leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a professional relations strategy targeting societies, academic institutions, and key opinion leaders.
- Build long-term partnerships with urology centers, specialists, and KOLs to enhance Coloplast IU’s presence.
- Collaborate with product development, professional education, and marketing to integrate clinical insights.
- Engage residency and fellowship programs, supporting educational grants, simulation labs, and hands-on training.
- Gather clinician feedback and translate insights into actionable business and marketing strategies.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years clinical or medical device/pharma experience and 7+ years in professional relations or medical affairs.
- Proven track record building relationships with KOLs, academic institutions, and societies in urology/urogynecology.
- Experience organizing educational programs, speaker engagements, and professional initiatives.

- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Analytical skills to convert market feedback into strategic actions.
