Production Worker – Food Manufacturing (Shift)

About the role

We are looking for reliable Production Workers to join our food‑manufacturing team at Bilinski’s Sausage Co. in Cohoes, NY. You will work on the production line, kitchen and packaging areas on either the first or second shift, helping to produce high‑quality, all‑natural sausages.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Handle raw ingredients and finished products, ensuring proper packaging.
• Maintain a steady work pace while standing for the entire shift.
• Adapt to variable temperature environments (cold, wet, humid).
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand‑wrist motions.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime when required.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with shifting temperatures.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iPad devices.
• Experience using computer terminals for data entry.
