Production Worker – 3rd Shift (Night)

About the role

Join Ben & Jerry's Vermont manufacturing facility as a Production Worker on the 3rd (night) shift. You will work from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, Sunday through Thursday, helping to produce premium ice‑cream while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the ice‑cream production process, including equipment setup and flavor changeovers.
• Operate with an understanding of quality, cost, downtime, safety, and efficiency.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and Clean‑In‑Place (CIP) procedures.
• Use automated computer systems to monitor quality, efficiency, and downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Lead small projects, document results, and share knowledge with the team.
• Demonstrate safe work behaviors and support teammates until tasks are completed.

Required profile

• Willingness to work the night (3rd) shift on a full‑time basis.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Team‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and documentation.

Required skills

• Equipment setup and changeover.
