Production Worker – 2nd Shift (St Albans, VT)

About the role

Join Ben & Jerry's Vermont manufacturing facility as a Production Worker on the 2nd shift. You will be part of a team that creates super‑premium ice cream, ensuring safe operation of equipment and high‑quality product output.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ice cream production processes, including equipment setup and flavor changeovers.
• Operate and monitor automated computer systems to track quality, efficiency, and downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and clean‑in‑place (CIP) procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and quality‑related issues.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Document project results and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Willingness to work the 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday‑Friday).
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Equipment setup and changeover experience.
• Preventative maintenance and CIP knowledge.
• Basic troubleshooting of production machinery.
