Production Systems Expert

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as a Production Systems Expert and help clients optimise their printing equipment, cyber security and cloud data functionality. You will work directly with customers, performing on‑site maintenance, repairs and installations while developing your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, break/fix, installation and hardware removal on Konica Minolta products.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and use a variety of tools and gauges to diagnose production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within an assigned territory, manage inventory, and keep customers informed about scheduling.
• Develop professional relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Log service visits and update client accounts in the Konica Minolta system.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• A+ or N+ certification preferred; exposure to IT networks is a plus.
