Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor at RWB Thrift supports the Production Manager in overseeing daily activities in the production room. You will help ensure a smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and meet production targets while learning and growing in a fast‑paced thrift‑store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor quality of processed merchandise and guarantee items meet company guidelines before reaching the sales floor.
• Coach, train, and develop production team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safety regulations, and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Assist in building production schedules, managing workflow, and contributing to performance evaluations.
• Participate in training programs to enhance production‑related skills and knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong interest in learning production‑room procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to work closely with a team and support the Production Manager.
• Willingness to take on coaching and training responsibilities for new hires.
• Basic understanding of written and spoken English for following instructions.
