Vice President of Programs

About the role

Quindar is looking for a Vice President of Programs & Operations to lead mission execution across commercial and national security customers. The role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into operational delivery for satellite missions.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution of customer programs across commercial and government missions, ensuring milestones, deployments and operational readiness.
• Establish repeatable processes for integrating the Quindar platform into customer mission environments and reduce onboarding time.
• Build and lead a program management organization, implement structured reviews, execution tracking and delivery reporting.
• Develop operational processes, dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into program health and identify bottlenecks.
• Recruit and lead program management and operational staff, fostering a culture of ownership, urgency and accountability.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading programs, operations or delivery organizations.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience delivering complex software or software/hardware systems in fast‑paced or startup environments.
• Background supporting government, aerospace or national security programs.

Required skills

• Program management and cross‑functional team leadership.
• Experience with satellite operations, defense technology or national security missions.
• Knowledge of ITAR compliance and U.S. export regulations.
