Production Supervisor - 2nd & 3rd Shift

About the role

Nestlé USA is seeking a Production Supervisor for its 2nd and 3rd shifts at the Little Chute facility. The role leads a team of roughly 30 employees to ensure safety, product quality, and on‑time production while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of ~30 associates, including hiring, onboarding, performance management and corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor production metrics, quality checks, sanitation audits and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, review daily maintenance effectiveness and drive equipment reliability.
• Facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, TPM and root‑cause problem solving.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Food Science or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in food manufacturing or related production environment.
• At least 1 year experience in a continuous‑improvement setting (Lean manufacturing or TPM).
• Flexibility to work extended days, weekends and rotate between 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and TPM.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting through root‑cause analysis.
