Production Planner – Jersey City

About the role

We are looking for a Production Planner to join fresh’s supply chain team in Jersey City. The role will manage planning and procurement for a dedicated portfolio of finished goods and components, ensuring on‑time delivery to distribution centres.

Key responsibilities

• Plan procurement of finished goods and components using AX MRP to meet fill‑rate and launch date targets.
• Monitor and adjust purchase orders – expedite, defer or cancel – to optimise inventory turnover.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned vendors, lead weekly calls and resolve operational issues.
• Review weekly reports and alerts, manage end‑of‑life processes and daily operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate data in AX and BI tools, creating action plans with suppliers.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in planning or supply‑chain roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make timely decisions.

Required skills

• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, specifically AX (Dynamics).
• Proficiency in QLIK for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools.
