Production Operator – Variable Shifts

About the role

Join Bosch Charleston’s manufacturing team as a Production Operator working variable shifts. You will operate equipment, assemble and inspect products, and help maintain Bosch’s high standards for quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to product specifications, blueprints and quality instructions.
• Meet daily production targets and adhere to cycle‑time requirements.
• Follow plant safety and environmental policies, keeping work areas clean and orderly.
• Conduct inventory and component inspections, performing audits to specification when required.
• Maintain charts, logbooks and databases for traceability of finished goods.
• Escalate material, technical or quality concerns to the appropriate team.
• Adjust workstations, tools and fixtures to support product changeovers.

Required profile

• Strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operators, technicians, engineers and leadership.
• Willingness to follow standard operating procedures and document work accurately.
