Production Operator – Toll House (Burlington, WI)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Toll House team in Burlington, WI as a Production Operator. You will safely and efficiently operate equipment to manufacture chocolate and cookie‑dough products, ensuring high‑quality output while following strict safety and GMP guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to production instructions.
• Produce quality goods while meeting safety and environmental targets.
• Wear required PPE (uniform, hair net, earplugs, safety glasses, shoes) and follow GMP standards.
• Perform sanitation, housekeeping, and other assigned duties in the work area.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of production‑related experience preferred; food & beverage manufacturing background a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Minimum age 18; able to lift 55 lb, stand for long periods, and work in noisy, dusty, temperature‑extreme environments.
• Pass pre‑employment background check, drug screen, and 90‑day probationary period.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.

What we offer

• Hourly rate $28.72/hr.
• Shift options: 1st (7 am‑3:30 pm), 2nd (3 pm‑11:30 pm, $0.75 differential), 3rd (11 pm‑7:30 am, $0.80 differential).
