Production Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating and monitoring equipment to produce high-quality products while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Run and monitor manufacturing machinery according to operational standards and production schedules.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and report hazards.
• Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication and minor adjustments.
• Document production output, equipment performance and material usage accurately.
• Load and unload materials, components and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Participate in training and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
