Production Operator

About the role

West is seeking Production Operators to join its manufacturing team. Under trainer supervision, you will mold and trim products to meet strict quality and quantity specifications, working on a rotating cell concept across 12‑hour day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate mold presses to produce molded panels according to standard operating instructions.
• Operate manual or automatic trim presses and perform any required special treatments (e.g., silicone, chlorination).
• Process trimmed products through washing, drying, and packaging steps, ensuring continuous flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation for product traceability and prepare carton labels for shipment.
• Clean and prep workstations and equipment for subsequent shifts.
• Alert supervisors to any conditions that could affect production or quality.
• Support a Lean environment and adhere to all safety, corporate, and site regulations.

Required profile

• Reliability with regular, punctual attendance.
• Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 3 days).
• Willingness to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
• Team‑oriented mindset, capable of rotating through multiple job functions.
