Production Operator – Day Shift (5:30 am‑2 pm)

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to work the day shift (5:30 am‑2 pm, Monday‑Friday) at our Portland bottling facility. The role involves operating filling equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safe production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate filling machinery safely and efficiently to produce high‑quality beverages.
• Perform product/package/code changes accurately and on schedule.
• Execute CIP/COP cleaning procedures and mechanical surface cleaning.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, initiate work orders, and assist the maintenance team during repairs.
• Carry out quality inspections on raw materials and finished goods, checking codes, seals, and weights.
• Report safety issues, maintain safe equipment conditions, and follow GMP and company policies.
• Document all shift activities accurately and comply with isolation procedures for defective product.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends or holidays as needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
