Production Manager

About the role

Nuuds is looking for a hands‑on Production Manager to own the day‑to‑day mechanics of its production pipeline. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will ensure purchase orders, work‑in‑progress tracking, compliance filings and testing follow‑through are executed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full purchase order lifecycle: issue, confirm, verify costs, quantities, size runs and delivery dates.
• Track PO revisions and keep internal systems, vendors and cross‑functional partners aligned.
• Follow each PO through ex‑factory, shipment and warehouse receipt, reconciling any discrepancies.
• Maintain a current PO status report and flag at‑risk orders before escalation.
• Manage the master WIP report across all active programs, updating weekly with vendor input.
• Chase vendors on production milestones and reconcile WIP status against PO and calendar.
• Prepare, issue and file Children’s Product Certificates (CPC) and General Certificates of Conformity (GCC) for CPSC compliance.
• Maintain an audit‑ready compliance filing system and coordinate with customs brokers as needed.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and execution‑focused with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable managing multiple vendors and cross‑functional partners.
• Ability to identify delays, capacity constraints and critical path issues early.
• Strong organizational skills to keep documentation audit‑ready.
