Manufacturing Engineer – Process Optimization

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and workflows. You will play a key role in supporting new product introductions and ensuring production readiness across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and production layouts.
• Develop work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and process validation plans.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) with readiness planning and equipment qualification.
• Analyze production data to drive quality, throughput, and efficiency improvements.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Evaluate and integrate new manufacturing technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure manufacturability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong understanding of production systems, process optimization, and quality improvement tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
