Production Management Supervisor

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Production Management Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team that produces medical devices for eye care. Based in Houston, TX, you will guide line coordinators, production specialists, and operators to ensure safe, high‑quality, and on‑time production.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line supervision, including time‑and‑attendance, performance management, training oversight, and development.
• Resolve conflicts and coordinate with other departments to align priorities and production schedules.
• Track, evaluate, and report on key manufacturing performance indicators.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations, monitor results, and hold the team accountable for goals.
• Implement continuous‑improvement and lean‑manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce HSE standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, initiating corrective actions as needed.
