Production Lead – 2nd Shift

About the role

Misfits Market is seeking a hands‑on Production Lead for the second shift to oversee warehouse operations and ensure orders are packed accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the front‑line point of contact for the production team, driving safety, efficiency, and compliance with standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily production goals, targets, and safety briefings to the team.
• Allocate personnel and resources to meet order deadlines.
• Enforce quality‑control measures and conduct regular inspections.
• Identify and resolve deviations from quality or safety standards promptly.
• Support operational goals by following established processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Experience supervising production or warehouse teams preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of quality‑control procedures.
• Familiarity with standard operating processes in a production setting.
