First Shift Production Lead – Warehouse Operations

About the role

Misfits Market is seeking a First Shift Production Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and safely. You will act as the front‑line liaison between production teams and leadership, driving safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety briefings to the team.
• Allocate personnel and resources to meet on‑time order completion.
• Monitor the warehouse floor to enforce SQF Food Safety Code and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Promote a proactive "see something, say something" culture and promptly escalate concerns.
• Support quality control, accuracy, and safety initiatives to achieve production metrics.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SQF Food Safety Code.
• Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
