About the role

The Production Crew Chief leads restoration crews, ensuring projects meet quality, safety and customer‑satisfaction standards while representing the ServiceMaster brand.

Key responsibilities

Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
Supervise production technicians, communicate expectations and coordinate production processes.
Maintain safety standards, identify hazards and enforce risk‑management guidelines.
Document detailed job files, manage labor and consumable usage, and protect equipment.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year experience in cleaning, restoration or construction.
Strong supervisory, oral and written communication skills.
High school diploma/GED; IICRC certifications preferred.

Required skills

Ability to lift 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb with assistance.
Experience working at heights, in tight spaces and with chemicals.

What we offer

Health insurance, paid time off, training & development, 401(k) and performance‑based bonuses.
Base salary $65,000 plus commission, bonuses and overtime; hourly pay $23‑$30.
