Production Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end production activities, from planning and raw‑material sourcing to quality control and inventory management. The role works closely with Product Development, Marketing, Growth, and International Operations to support global growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed production plan aligned with global demand forecasts.
• Update the production tracker weekly and lead global production meetings.
• Coordinate raw‑material and packaging deliveries with the Logistics Manager.
• Manage relationships with external contract manufacturers to meet launch and reorder timelines.
• Implement QA/QC standards, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions.
• Source and order raw materials, oversee new product development timelines, and ensure on‑time, in‑full, cost‑effective delivery of finished goods.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of experience in manufacturing or supply‑chain management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $60,000‑$65,000 per year.
