Production Coordinator (Consumer Goods)

About the role

Capture Accessories is seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations for its beauty accessories portfolio. Working closely with merchandising, sourcing, creative, and sales teams, you will keep projects on track, align vendors, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production schedules, timelines, and workflows across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with overseas vendors to align on specifications and delivery dates.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries to guarantee on‑time production.
• Maintain accurate records, including specifications, bills of materials, and production trackers.
• Assist in identifying and resolving production delays or quality issues.
• Prepare regular reports and status updates for merchandising, creative, and sales teams.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in production within the consumer goods space.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with project management tools.
