Production Coordinator (1099 Contract)

About the role

Dreamscape Learn is looking for a Production Coordinator to support day‑to‑day production operations on a temporary 1099 basis. You will keep logistics, schedules, and resources aligned so that immersive virtual‑reality learning projects run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all production requests, managing daily team focus and schedule pacing.
• Assist the Head of Production in planning timelines, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring projects stay on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross‑department meetings, flag conflicts, and track issues related to SDK updates.
• Serve as liaison between departments, vendors, contractors, and crew, maintaining clear communication across software and hardware teams.
• Oversee logistics such as asset purchasing, travel, equipment, and vendor asset integration.
• Maintain and organize production documents, contracts, and files, building systems for information flow.
• Anticipate and resolve potential production challenges to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a production coordinator or assistant in a fast‑paced production environment (film, gaming, television, digital media, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
