Product Security Engineer

About the role

Applied Intuition is looking for a Product Security Engineer to embed security throughout the product design and development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure the application platform is resilient against threats.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze application and system architectures from inception to release, identifying vulnerabilities and integrating security controls.
• Conduct architecture reviews, threat modeling, and regular security assessments using AI‑assisted testing.
• Advance the vulnerability management program and drive risk‑based remediation in collaboration with developers.
• Provide guidance and training on secure coding practices and emerging threats.
• Participate in incident response activities and recommend remediation based on current threat landscape.
• Enhance automated SAST and DAST tooling within CI/CD pipelines to secure development workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Security Engineer, Application Security Engineer, or Product Security Engineer.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on proactive risk mitigation.
