Product Quality Engineer

About the role

The Product Quality Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain quality processes across the product lifecycle of electric aviation products, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes for product development and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, airworthiness, program operations, and supply chain to identify and mitigate quality risks.
• Perform root cause analysis, failure investigations, and CAPA for product issues.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and industry best practices.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years experience in aerospace, aviation, or high‑reliability manufacturing.
• Proven program‑level quality engineering, risk management, and CAPA experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, SPC.
• Statistical analysis tools and quality management software.
• APQP and PPAP processes.
• Six Sigma or Lean methodology.
