Product Owner (Matchmaking)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Product Owner to own the post‑purchase experience for paying customers, driving activation, matching, relevance and overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure paying customers receive the right volume of offers and high‑relevance recommendations.
• Increase the share of customers reaching the value moment through better activation, matching and experience design.
• Design mechanics such as gamification, nudges and reminders to bring users back into conversations.
• Identify and act on bottlenecks in the post‑purchase journey using data, research and common sense.
• Turn ideas into testable hypotheses, run experiments, analyze results and iterate.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in B2C customer experience, activation or first‑session design.
• Background with discovery‑driven products, large offer volumes, search/feed relevance or recommendation systems.
• Experience in segmentation, personalization and data enrichment of offers.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, define requirements and drive delivery across cross‑functional teams.
