Product Marketing Manager, Special Operations

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for Special Operations will lead the positioning, messaging, and adoption of Rivet’s solutions for U.S. and allied Special Operations Forces. This role sits at the intersection of product, commercial, and customer success, translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine solution positioning, messaging, and narratives for U.S. and partner SOF communities.
• Design and execute growth‑focused campaigns, build GTM playbooks, and create business cases for new product extensions.
• Own solution and brand communication channels, including website, social, events, and field‑facing materials.
• Partner with deployment strategists and commercial teams to ensure alignment between marketed solutions and delivered outcomes.

Required profile

• 4+ years in solutions or product marketing, preferably in advanced‑technology or startup environments.
• Strong understanding of Special Operations Forces’ needs across U.S. military services.
• Proven ability to translate modular capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25% and ability to obtain U.S. security clearance.

Required skills

• Experience building and executing GTM campaigns and product launches for military or industrial hardware/software.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills for creating customer‑facing content and demos.
