Product Marketing Manager, Community Growth

About the role

We’re looking for a versatile consumer marketer to shape how Clubhouse connects with and grows its communities. This hands‑on role works across community, product marketing, content, and user insights, developing creative ways to reach people, make them care about Clubhouse, and build systems at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Help Clubhouse grow and strengthen its communities and hosts; develop and run programs across host activation and community growth, inventing new ways to make people love Clubhouse.
• Own product marketing and user communications; partner with Product to launch new features, craft messaging, and build scalable ways to keep users informed and engaged.
• Surface and amplify the best of Clubhouse by finding creative ways to help great hosts, conversations, and new product experiences reach more people.
• Own the voice of the user; build systems to continuously understand community needs, what’s working, what’s broken, and use insights to shape product and marketing strategy.
• Contribute to shaping how Clubhouse serves existing communities, reaches new ones, and builds a product people genuinely love.

Required profile

• Experienced consumer marketer who understands users, communities, messaging, product, and growth.
• Acts like an owner; comfortable tackling ambiguous problems, digging beneath the surface, and driving ideas without direction.
• Fast and versatile; can move quickly across varied work, run programs solo, and operate outside a narrowly defined lane.
• Strong judgment; can make sense of messy qualitative and quantitative data, identify what matters, and develop clear viewpoints.
• AI‑forward builder; uses AI tools such as Claude, Code, and Codex to build agents, automations, and systems that boost effectiveness.
