Product Manager - Veeva RIM

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Product Manager for its Veeva RIM product, which defines, designs and delivers features used by regulatory professionals at major life sciences companies. The role works with a team of life sciences and technology experts and helps customers bring new and updated therapies to market despite complex global regulations. It is a full-time position based in the Eastern Time zone or within 1 hour of it.

Key responsibilities

• Design innovative product features that help customers plan, track and manage changes to approved products and trials worldwide
• Write high-quality design specifications within an agile methodology
• Prioritize feature development based on strategic initiatives, customer requirements and internal technical needs
• Work with customers, professional services, strategy and sales to understand business needs
• Work with engineering and QA teams to deliver high-quality features
• Act as product evangelist and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and external customers

Required profile

• 3+ years in a product management role
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise software products
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision
• Strong written, verbal and formal presentation communication skills
• Technical ability to translate business requirements into terms developers understand
• Working knowledge of relational databases and web technologies

Nice to have

• SaaS product experience
• Application development platform experience
• Regulatory information management for BioPharma and/or MedTech, regulated software, XML/DTD/XSD specifications, and AI solution development
• Remote interaction with customers and teams across geographies
