Product Manager, New Industries

About the role

Rundoo is looking for a Product Manager to own research and go‑to‑market strategy for new verticals such as lumber, flooring, plumbing, auto and more. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will work closely with the CEO and engineering team to define market opportunities, build roadmaps and launch pilot customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and size new industry verticals, create ideal customer profiles and quantify market potential.
• Conduct in‑person research with store owners, translate findings into concrete feature roadmaps.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product cycle: from roadmap planning to launching GTM motions.
• Secure 5+ pilot clients to validate the market and drive early adoption.
• Design GTM strategy, identifying channels, partners and events.

Required profile

• 2+ years in consulting, banking or a similar field with strong communication and prioritisation skills.
• Based in the SF Bay Area and comfortable working from the office four days a week.
• Enjoys direct customer interaction and can synthesize messy field research into clear roadmaps.
• Resilient to rejection and curious about traditional, overlooked industries.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and synthesis abilities.
• Experience conducting cold outreach and securing interviews or deals.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $136K to $210K depending on experience.
• Equity package valued between $108K and $167K.
• Full medical, dental and vision coverage (100% premiums for employee).
• Life insurance, 401k with Betterment, unlimited PTO plus 10 paid holidays.
• In‑office gym, daily team lunches and learning subscriptions.
