Product Manager, Knee

About the role

The Advita Product Marketing Team is seeking a Product Manager focused on knee implants and related orthopedic solutions. You will drive products from concept to market, support the sales organization, and ensure profitability while collaborating with engineering, regulatory, and clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of existing and new knee implants, instruments, and biological products, including related literature.
• Lead one large or several smaller product lines, overseeing market and competitive analysis.
• Provide field education, support regulatory follow‑up, and assist with surgeon and agent training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with leading orthopedic surgeons to gather product feedback.
• Plan and forecast product sample inventory and contribute to new product development projects.
• Create annual marketing plans, pricing strategies, and tactical activities, and communicate updates to the field sales force.
• Deliver technical expertise to agents, representatives, and surgeons to improve patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in product management or related functions within the medical device or orthopedic sector.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, with capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to travel 30‑40% and meet hospital entry requirements for observing surgical procedures.
