Product Manager, Foot & Ankle

About the role

The Advita Ortho Product Marketing team is seeking a Product Manager for its Foot & An Ankle portfolio. The role will drive product lifecycle from concept through market launch, support the sales force, and ensure alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of foot & ankle implants, instruments, and related literature.
• Lead smaller product lines or a larger line, coordinating with engineering & development.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Provide field education, support regulatory follow‑up, and assist with surgeon training.
• Build relationships with orthopedic surgeons, gather feedback, and maintain ethical compliance.
• Plan and forecast product sample inventory and support new product development projects.
• Develop annual marketing plans, pricing strategies, and oversee tactical execution.
• Communicate product updates and technical information to sales teams and agents.
• Ensure adherence to quality systems and applicable federal/international standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing or product management experience in orthopedic joint reconstruction, preferably foot & ankle.
• Ability to travel 30‑40% and meet hospital entry requirements for observing surgeries.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
