Product Manager

About the role

Join Macy’s as a Product Manager and help shape customer‑centric e‑commerce experiences that drive growth and loyalty. You will own the product roadmap for a key online area, collaborating with design, engineering, analytics and business partners from ideation through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals, delivering milestones and meeting defined KPIs.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap and progress to cross‑functional partners.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve customer experiences through data analysis and deep customer insight.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Partner with engineering scrum teams to refine requirements and ensure intuitive user experiences.
• Define success metrics, ramp plans and measurement criteria; run experiments to test hypotheses.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative environment that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers and communities.

• Proven ability to own and execute product roadmaps that deliver measurable customer and commercial impact.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills to convey vision and progress across diverse teams.
• Experience working in an agile, fast‑moving environment.
