Product Manager, Enterprise Legal AI Platform

About the role

Eudia is an AI startup building enterprise AI platforms for legal work, backed by General Catalyst, Floodgate and Sierra Ventures. It is looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end user experience of its core application, defining how corporate legal teams interact with AI across contract review, diligence, compliance analysis and advisory research. This is a senior role with full ownership of application-layer strategy, workflow design and enterprise adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, enterprise-ready workflows where lawyers can ask complex questions and engage naturally with the Company Brain.
• Own how responses are presented, including structured summaries, citations and edge-case handling, with traceability and uncertainty indicators.
• Shape how users query documents, datasets, prior work and external sources, and define navigation back to source materials.
• Decide when and how AI assists, guides or steps back, and drive feedback flows, editability and human-in-the-loop phases.
• Support secure rollout across departments with permissions, audit trails and deployment controls, partnering with customer enablement teams.
• Define a focused product roadmap, KPIs on adoption, satisfaction, task accuracy and trust, and drive execution from concept to scaled usage.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience owning a complex, user-facing enterprise application suite.
• Experience building AI products in startups, including 0 to 1 development and early-stage scaling.
• Proven track record taking products from concept to launch, rapid iteration and customer adoption.
• Background in workflow design, usability and B2B/enterprise UX.
• Experience in regulated or risk-sensitive domains (legal, finance, healthcare) is a strong plus.

The stated base salary range is $190K-$240K.
