Product Manager, Blockchain and Crypto

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Manager to drive its blockchain and crypto roadmap. You will help shape stablecoin use cases and crypto‑related payment solutions on Mastercard’s network, working closely with global teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, regional teams and sales to validate concepts and build business cases for new crypto products or enhancements.
• Work with treasury, legal, regulatory and external partners to launch new crypto transaction and settlement capabilities.
• Define and prioritize product features by partnering with platform and engineering teams and maintaining a clear product roadmap.
• Support sales and customer‑facing teams with communication, training, and product documentation.
• Assist other product and commercialization areas as needed.

Required profile

• Strong interest in blockchain and crypto ecosystems.
• Experience in the payments industry; familiarity with payment networks and processing is a plus.
• Knowledge of card authorization, clearing and settlement processes is advantageous.
• Proven product development and product management experience, including concept validation and requirements definition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
