Product Manager – AI‑Driven Denials & Appeals

About the role

Qualified Health is building AI‑driven solutions to transform healthcare revenue cycle management. As the Product Manager for the denials and appeals product, you will own the product from discovery through launch, working directly with health‑system customers and internal engineering and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the denials and appeals product end‑to‑end, shaping discovery, requirements, delivery, launch and iteration.
• Define AI feature standards for clinical and financial workflows, including accuracy thresholds, human‑review points and failure behavior.
• Translate customer requests into clear, buildable work with concrete acceptance criteria and manage the backlog in Jira.
• Prioritize competing customer needs, justify trade‑offs and drive decisions across design, engineering and customers.
• Collaborate with the Utilization Review and peer‑to‑peer tool teams to ensure a coherent Medical Necessity suite.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of product‑management experience owning a product or substantial product area end‑to‑end.
• Proven track record shipping a real AI‑centric product to production customers.
• Customer‑facing experience developing requirements directly with users.
• Deep comfort using Jira as the primary work tool.
