Business Analyst – Generative AI in Healthcare

About the role

Qualified Health is redefining healthcare with generative AI. The Business Analyst will partner with the Engagement Manager to deliver AI‑driven solutions for hospital systems, focusing on custom AI assistants and client value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end AI assistant products for hospital clients, including on‑site discovery, workflow mapping, and feature definition.
• Leverage the QH Assistant Builder platform and coordinate with engineering for technical support.
• Lead user training, collect feedback, and manage rollout communications.
• Support account management: create presentations, conduct data analysis for business cases, and prepare governance metrics.
• Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience, recent graduate.
• Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI technologies, GPT models and prompt engineering.
• Ability to work onsite in Palo Alto three days per week.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
