Product Manager - AI Talent Solutions Platform

About the role

Juicebox is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape the future of its AI-powered talent solutions platform. The role is based remotely in the United States and involves leading product strategy, managing feature development and connecting customer needs with engineering, design, sales and customer success teams. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear product specifications and development tasks.
• Turn the product vision into practical, high-impact features.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to manage projects from planning through delivery.
• Gather and manage product feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, and engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and workflows.
• Prioritize bugs, feature requests and roadmap initiatives according to customer insights and business objectives.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to maintain effective feedback loops.
• Develop and support quarterly product roadmaps and product strategies, and establish efficient product management workflows.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of product management experience; 4-5+ years preferred.
• Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth technology companies.
• Strong communication, decision-making, prioritization, independent problem-solving and ownership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.

Required skills

• Product strategy, roadmap planning, feature prioritization and product development.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Customer research and gathering of customer insights.

• Annual compensation of $160,000 to $260,000.
