About the role

As a Product Management Lead – Director – Commercial Technology & Innovation at PwC, you will drive the creation and evolution of cutting‑edge software solutions that address client and end‑user challenges. Positioned at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology, you will act as the general manager for both commercial and internal products within the Advisory practice.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for commercial and internal products throughout their lifecycle.
• Identify market opportunities and align product strategies to meet client needs, driving business growth.
• Lead product ideation, development, and operationalization to deliver innovative software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design product roadmaps, specifications, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Manage commercialization activities and oversee product releases.
• Build and nurture client relationships to enhance satisfaction and support business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience, including product lifecycle management and strategic planning.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to innovate in product development and ideation.
