About the role

Intermedia is seeking a Product Lead to drive AI‑powered healthcare communication solutions for small‑to‑mid‑size provider groups. You will shape a vertical product strategy that integrates with existing EHR and practice management systems while delivering measurable workflow improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for healthcare communication and AI‑enabled patient engagement.
• Translate complex provider workflows into clear product requirements and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and sales to ensure seamless integration with EHRs, practice management platforms, and AI services.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to ship scalable, extensible solutions that meet regulatory and security standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI capabilities to keep the product competitive.

Required profile

• Proven product leadership experience in healthcare IT, preferably with exposure to EHR, practice management, or patient engagement platforms.
• Deep understanding of independent physician practices, specialty clinics, and multi‑location provider groups.
• Strong commercial sense combined with a product‑first mindset focused on platform scalability.
• Experience shaping AI‑driven workflow automation and intelligent assistance in a regulated environment.
