Product Engineering Intern

About the role

Join Moog’s Product Engineering team within the Military Aircraft Group as a summer 2027 intern. You will work onsite in Torrance, CA, supporting both design and production centers on critical aerospace projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to Military Aircraft production programs at the Design Center and Production Center.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing equipment such as assembly fixtures, tools, and test equipment to meet production requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of key engineering tasks.
• Offer technical support to engineers as needed.
• Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Collaborate as a multidisciplinary team member and represent Moog professionally.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (specific requirement may vary by department).
• Willingness and ability to relocate for the internship duration.
• Professional disposition, effective communication, strong desire to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
